We have worked successfully in the private and public sectors, with small and large organizations.  People with whom we have worked have been diverse regarding race/ethnicity, gender, socioeconomic status, age, styles, nationality, and profession.  Their professions have included accounting, administrative/clerical, business, counseling, education, emergency services, engineering, information technology, government, human development, human resources, law, law enforcement, management, medical, mental health, physics, research, security, and union representation.

 

Dr. Stan Ridley is our Founder, CEO, and President.  He has a doctorate degree in psychology and more than 35 years of successful professional experience.  “Genius” and “guru” are among the appellations that have been ascribed to him by highly regarded and experienced professionals. He assumes the principal role for any project we undertake. His judiciously selected “best-fit” Associates typically have more than 20 years of successful professional experience.  Clients receive a copy of the applicable professional sketch/vitae of Dr. Ridley and each Associate working on a project.

Costs:

Our fees can be best characterized as moderate compared to industry standards--and, more importantly, they are remarkably low when benefit-cost calculations are used.
